Back from Spring Break! Ah it felt good to clear out the cobwebs... but I have to admit it's difficult to take a break away from the busy life sometimes. I guess I am just too excited about life and about work!

So for two of the days I was gone, Art Camp at the center began without me! I was petrified! 20 kids coming - and no me!? What would they all do without me :) Well, turns out they did Great! Sara, the lead art teacher, my daughter, Daisy, and three other fabulous volunteers worked with the kids painting and playing fun sketching games and all kinds of stuff! Thank goodness everyone came dressed to make a mess because that is exactly what they did - Beautiful creative messes!

I have to say I was actually really impressed with the art they produced - the paintings did not turn into big grey-green blobs and the mosaic peices were adorable. We will look forward to doing that again & thanks to one helpful tip from a parent, it will be even Better next time!!!
